CWA National Disaster Relief Fund

The CWA National Disaster Relief Fund is a compassion fund and its sole purpose is to assist members who experience financial hardship due to a natural disaster as declared by FEMA. The Fund will award funds to members based on their essential losses and damages associated with their primary home. This program is a benefit of being a dues-paying CWA member.

The fund is applicable to FEMA-declared disasters. Members and their Local have six (6) months from the date of the disaster declaration to file the Disaster Relief Fund application (PDF). If you are interested in more information, or in filling out the application, please email us for assistance.

Our deepest condolences go out to all our members who have been affected by recent natural disasters in New Mexico. We also want to say a huge thank you to all our members and others who served as first responders, firefighters, and volunteers. You are all in our thoughts.
