Since ratification in July 2021, the Union has bargained improvements and changes to the State of New Mexico Contract.
These include:
- New and modified classifications covered by our bargaining unit (Agency Addenda);
- Improved bereavement leave language (Article 18, Section 8);
- Changes to salary bargaining (Article 25, Section 1).
